1. Introduction

Thank you for using our services. As we provide digital, automated, and non-tangible services, all purchases are subject to a stricter refund policy. This document explains how refunds are handled for wallet balance, failed orders, partial orders, and service usage.

  1. Refund Eligibility (Unused Funds)

A refund can be issued only if:

  • Funds are added to the wallet but remain unused

  • A refund request is submitted within 15 days of adding funds

After 15 days, unused balance becomes non-refundable and must be used on the platform. All refunds (if approved) are processed only to the original payment method.

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Order has already been placed or is in progress

  • Funds are older than 15 days

  • Incorrect link, username, or input provided by the user

  • Delays caused by platform algorithm changes

  • Drops, bans, or restrictions on the user's account

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Service performance depends on third-party platforms (e.g., social media apps)

Since services are digital and start processing automatically, manual cancellation may not be possible.

  1. Order Refund & Credit Policy

Refunds for service orders are handled as follows:

  • Completed Orders — No refund

  • Partially Delivered Orders — Refund issued to wallet for remaining undelivered amount

  • System-Cancelled Orders — Refund credited to wallet automatically

  • User-Requested Cancellation — Not guaranteed due to instant processing

All refunds related to order performance are issued as wallet credits only, not to bank/UPI/PayPal unless it meets the unused-fund rule in Section 2.

  1. Wallet Credit Policy

Money added to the wallet is considered service credit, not a cash balance.

  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn unless eligible under Section 2

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between users

  • Any refund from partially delivered or cancelled orders is issued as wallet credit

  1. Automation & Processing Limitations

Our platform operates on a fully automated system integrated with external services. Once an order starts processing:

  • Manual cancellation may not be possible

  • Refunds are restricted due to instant API actions

  • Results depend on third-party platforms outside our control

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback after receiving services:

  • The account may be permanently suspended

  • Remaining wallet balance will be forfeited

  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent disputes

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
