• Are not liable for account restrictions, algorithm changes, drops, or platform policy updates

You are responsible for ensuring that your account complies with third-party platform rules.

4. Wallet System & Credits

• Wallet balance represents service credits, not cash after 15 days.

• Wallet balance is non-transferable between users.

• Refunds, if eligible, may only be returned to wallet after the refund window closes.

5. Refund Policy (Summary)

• Unused funds can be refunded only within 15 days of loading balance to wallet.

• After 15 days, funds cannot be withdrawn and must be used only on the platform.

• If an order is delivered, partially delivered, or cancelled, refunds are issued only to wallet, not to bank or UPI.

• Services are instant, automated, and interconnected, so manual cancellation is not guaranteed.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong link or details submitted by the user

• Platform bans or restrictions
